Zyada tar log isko ek aur ‘crypto mainstream’ headline samajhte hain — haan, kuch FOMO bhi toh chal raha hai. Par maine dekha:

- Wo 2019 se hi crypto ke prati pro-hai.
- Aur Trump ke dusre term me appoint kiye gaye the — matlab policy shifts ab theoretical nahin.
Yeh leadership ka “skin in the game” hai… literally.
Ab sawal yeh nahin hai ki crypto finance me aaega ya nahi — balki yeh ki kitni tez usse system me absorb kiya jayega jo decades purane assumptions par based tha—liquidity, stability aur trust par.
Private Lenders Pahle Hi Aage Hain—Aur Unka Dara Bhi Hai
Pata chala agar FHFA policy change par debate kar raha ho, to kuch players already jump kar chuke:

- Figure Technologies, ex-Sofi CEO Mike Cagney ke saath: $20M+ crypto-guaranteed loans explore kar rahe hain.
- Ledn: apne BTC savings par dollar loan le sakta hai 50% LTV tak—with interest rates higher than average kyunki GSEs ya secondary markets se backed nahi hota. The catch? Ye deals Fannie Mae ya Freddie Mac programs me qualify nahi karti.
